Regal Mini Sulkies are custom-built for each customer by R.J. Walsh & Son, a family owned and run small business in Sydney, Australia. Managing Director Jim Walsh (pictured in the slideshow above zooming along with his Giant Schnauzer Tom) brings 39 years' experience designing and manufacturing harness racing sulkies to the field of dog carting.

Mini Sulkies are suitable for dogs 25kilos (55lbs) and heavier, and miniature horses and donkeys. Custom-made harness (shown left) fits your dog snugly and is available from TZ Lites Mini Harness in a large range of colours. Over 90% of Mini Sulkies have been sold to customers in North America: if Fedex goes there, we can ship a Mini to you!
