The new Mini trailer is made using the rotation molding system to produce a completely watertight product. It can take loads of up to 100kg (220lbs), and features an aluminium rim and supporting struts for added strength.

Featuring Bassano Grimeca calipers and locally laser-cut stainless steel discs, these disc brakes are operated by one hand, and are useful for balancing the sulky in very hilly country.
By fitting different swan necks to your Mini you can accomodate dogs (or minature horses) of different heights. They are available in three sizes corresponding to 19, 24 and 30 inch dogs/horses.
For a snap apart conversion we drill holes in the chassis between the footrest and swan neck attachment point in order to insert a quick release pin, as shown at right. This allows you to quickly remove the swan neck (without having to undo screws) for packing into a car or storage space.
